Located at 523 E. Market St. in Warren, The Small District is a new multi-vendor space designed to help women-owned businesses grow together by sharing foot traffic and creating a fun, easy “walk and browse” experience in one building.

Founded and operated by Angel Williams, The Small District features a mix of small shops and services, including women’s apparel, jewelry vendors, a bakery, and more, alongside beauty services like hair and nails, with additional services planned as the space continues to grow.

Williams also operates one of the featured boutiques inside the District, Stanley Grace Boutique, built on a simple mission: helping every woman feel beautiful and confident the moment she puts on a piece, and building customer relationships that last.

The Small District also hosts special shopping moments, including a recurring vendor market that invites additional small businesses to set up for the day.
