Groups can request docents at no extra charge, with a two-week notice required. For groups of 20 or more, the charge is $8 per guest. Special rates are available for school field trips. The museum also provides meeting space for small gatherings during regular business hours. The Legacy Gallery Small Meeting space is priced at $10 per person and includes the use of tables and chairs, allowing for self-catered food and beverages. A complimentary driver is provided.
