Prepare your sneakers for The Hub Nutrition’s first-ever Miles for Smiles 5K: Stride for Change Family Run/Walk! The action starts at 8:00 a.m. sharp with registration. Then, at 9:00 a.m., we’re off, running or walking! Choose your challenge: join the Beginners 5K Training Program with The Hub Nutrition starting on July 15th, hop into the 5K Run/Walk, or stroll along with your family in the 1 Mile Family Walk. Secure your spot early to grab that tee (family walk participants, tee not included), but if spontaneity’s your style, race day registration is available! Plus, crossing the finish line earns you a ribbon, a keepsake of the day. The top 3 runners will receive a medal. From little ones to seasoned sprinters, there’s a spot for everyone.
