Summer is here and the living is easy. No reason to turn on that oven when the temperature is rising.

We will spend the afternoon learning how to make grilled flatbreads start to finish. (including making your own dough and grilling your own bread)

To complete the afternoon, we will learn the basics of making a Mediterranean Mezze board, including a bonus demonstration on how to make Baba Ghanoush ( grilled eggplant dip). Mezze boards have been around for centuries and are the perfect way to enjoy the bounty of the summer, while keeping your kitchen cool.

The workshop is limited to 8 participants.

We are keeping it small so we can give you great personal attention. If you are sick, please call us and reschedule.

We do require that you fill in all information so we can contact you if we have any questions regarding your reservation.
All materials will be provided the day of the workshop.

Due to the customization at ALL our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS FOR WORKSHOPS! However, if you cancel with at least 48 hours notice your FULL reservation fee will be turned into a store credit that can ONLY be used for future workshops.
