In this 4-week course, you will delve into advanced techniques such as mastering watercolor control, utilizing negative space for depth and detail, creating intricate wash designs, and implementing layered techniques for more detailed designs. Our experienced instructor will guide you through a variety of tips, tricks, and techniques to enhance your watercolor paintings, exploring textures with different mediums and pushing the boundaries of traditional watercolor painting. This class is perfect for those looking to expand their artistic horizons, experiment with alternative styles, and refine their personal artistic style. Classes will take place once a week for 1.5-hour sessions every Friday in August, giving you ample time to practice and perfect your newfound skills. At the end of the course, you will have the opportunity to showcase your finished work at our artist reception in the fall.
