Join us for a spring treat learning how to make your own flavored pastas and Mezza Luna(Half moon) filled pastas. We will learn how to infuse different herbs and flavors into pasta sheets to make colorful pastas, as well as fill and shape ricotta shaped Mezza Lunas. A perfect way to celebrate spring! Class includes: *All recipes and ingredients to create ****6 ricotta mezzalunas as well as ****8 oz of flavored ( Spinach, lemon pepper or garlic herb) pasta to take home. *Hands on instructions *Light refreshments( If you know you know ) *Containers to take all your creations home When: April 27,2024 Time: 1:00- 3:00 Where: Extending Grace, 18 W. Liberty St., Hubbard, OH 444425 Cost: $45 Please bring: An apron Please note: The workshop is limited to 8 participants. We must have a minimum of 4 to hold the workshop. If we do not meet the minimum by April 19, 2024 we will refund your workshop fees. We are keeping it small so we can give you great personal attention. If you are sick, please call us and reschedule. We do require that you fill in all information so we can contact you if we have any questions regarding your reservation. All materials will be provided the day of the workshop. Due to the customization at ALL our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS FOR WORKSHOPS! However, if you cancel with at least 48 hours notice your FULL reservation fee will be turned into a store credit that can ONLY be used for future workshops.
