Join us as instructor Alex Shevel leads us in a Yoga Basics class. Learn foundational yoga poses, focus on breath work while enjoying the sunflowers at Hartford Orchards.

Cost of the class is $20 per person. Each participant will get to cut & take home a bouquet of sunflowers. Please arrive 15 minutes early & bring a yoga mat, water bottle, towel & friend!
