Join us for a fun afternoon exploring common and not so common culinary herbs.

This class is designed to enhance your cooking skills and deepen your appreciation for the vibrant flavors fresh herbs bring to your dishes as well as your home. This hands-on workshop will guide you through the identification, usage, and preservation of various culinary herbs, along with practical recipes to elevate your culinary creations.

Your class will include:

Introduction to Culinary Herbs:

*Learn about common and not so common herbs, their flavors, and culinary uses.

*Growing and Harvesting: Tips on growing your own herbs and harvesting herbs for maximum flavor.

*Preservation Techniques: Methods for drying, freezing, and storing herbs to maintain their freshness.

*Demonstration on how to make your own herb infused herb oils and vinegars.

*Practical Recipes and ingredients to prepare your own herb infused salts, and compound butters to take home.

Due to the customization at ALL our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS FOR WORKSHOPS! However, if you cancel with at least 48 hours notice your FULL reservation fee will be turned into a store credit that can ONLY be used for future workshops. If you are a “no show” for a workshop for which you have a spot reserved, you forfeit your payment.
