The City of Warren is proud to sponsor the Annual Halloween Parade in Downtown Warren, Ohio – 2 PM Sunday, Oct. 27 – rain or shine!

We invite you to join us by participating in this annual parade. Registration is open to – but not limited to – nonprofit and for profit organizations; companies, schools, scout troops, civil & charitable organizations and elected officials among others.
