Join us for a relaxing morning hike through one of Mosquito Lake State Park’s premier birding
hotspots—the Lakeview Recreation Trail. This peaceful, wooded path winds along the lakeshore
and through a variety of habitats, making it an ideal location for spotting a wide range of songbirds,
waterfowl, and cavity nesters. We’ll also explore how the trail supports our cavity nesting program,
which provides vital habitat for Eastern Bluebirds, chickadees, woodpeckers, and more. What to
