Got bats? You will want them if you don’t have them around your property already after this informational program on Ohio bat species, their population – conservation status, habitat, and benefits to us and our ecosystems. We will explain how scientists monitor bat population and how people can help their populations recover by doing simple things at home. And for those who want to stick around afterward, we will use detectors to discover bats that might be flying around the park. One lucky attendee will be walking away with a new bat house!
